The receptionist greeted me by name—a thoughtful touch that left a lasting impression and made me feel valued and recognized as a returning guest. The check-in process was swift and seamless, setting the tone for a relaxing, stress-free stay. Throughout my visit, the staff’s commitment to making guests feel welcome was evident. They consistently offered friendly, attentive service, creating a genuine atmosphere of warmth and care. Whether it was a quick smile, helpful recommendations, or prompt responses to requests, the team at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan made every effort to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease. Their hospitality truly enhanced my experience. The location of the hotel is perfect—right in the heart of Yerevan. During my stay, there was a charming Christmas Village set up just in front of the hotel, which added a magical holiday atmosphere. The area is also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, offering a variety of delicious options just a short walk away. My room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and wonderfully warm—an ideal retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Yerevan for its perfect combination of great location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations. I can’t wait to return!

The area was also filled with great restaurants—perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing in Armenia. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Shant, the front office manager, warmly welcomed us and took the time to highlight key spots on the map. The rooms were cosy, the WiFi was complimentary, and the breakfast was both delicious and authentically Armenian. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

LILI helped us alot to make our booking and arrange it in the best way she was very patient and professional big thanks to her & sorry if we been disturbing she was profissional , honest ,pleasant & very cooperative ; The service is exceptional the manager goes out of his way to ensure you have a memorable experienc, amazing manager such a credit to the team he really goes out of his way to look after you! The room was tidy and clean. The location is exceptional - walking distance to cafes and restaurants, major attractions in the city center, supermarket and pharmacy. Overall, it was the perfect choice for a short stay in Yerevan, would definitely stay here again!
